Knutsford Peover Hall and Gardens
Heritage Open Day: Peover Hall is a Grade II* listed Elizabethan manor and family home, situated within approx. 500 acres of landscaped 18th Century parkland. The gardens, designed between 1890-1900, cover 15 acres and include a series of garden 'rooms'.
In the grounds there are working stables, estate cottages and the parish church of St Laurence which contains two Mainwaring Chapels.
The spectacular architectural gem, the Grade I Carolean stables, were built in 1654 and feature
