Heritage Open Day: University of Derby Tourism students have developed a new audio tour to bring to life the stories of one of Buxton’s best loved buildings.
The Grade II* Devonshire Dome is one of the UK’s most fascinating buildings, with past lives as one of the grandest stables ever built and as a pioneering hospital – now spanned by what was the largest unsupported dome in the world when it was first constructed.
