When I Was a Child. (Romany Gypsy History Timeline)
Heritage Open Day: We will be creating a history timeline and will be on hand to discuss accommodation, trades and Gypsy culture through Georgian times to present day. There will be a Bender Tent, (tent for living in pre wagon time) a Vardo (painted Gypsy waggon) and a scissor and knife grinding barrow from the 19th century and its more modern counterpart.
