Heritage Open Day: Explore the museum’s current special exhibition ‘How Does Your Garden Grow?’. There have always been two types of garden, often mixed together – a plot for vegetables, fruit and herbs for the kitchen table, and the pleasure garden with flowers and trees. This exhibition explores the history of gardening in East Dorset. There will also be garden related activities for all the family throughout the weekend.
