Priory School Chapel

Heritage Open Day: Priory School Chapel (Mountfield Road, on the south side between Sussex Downs College and Priory School) was completed in 1960 to the design of Sir Edward Maufe, architect of Guildford Cathedral. It was built as a chapel for the Lewes County Grammar School for Boys and as a memorial to former students killed during World War II.
