St John's Orthodox Church (former Garrison Church)
Heritage Open Day: Grade II* listed church, run by the Russian Orthodox Church. Built in 1855 to provide services to soldiers going to the Crimean War, this huge timber church could at one time hold services for 900 people and is the last of its kind.
