Heritage Open Day: Cheltenham Minster is the oldest building in Cheltenham and is Grade 1 Listed. We are replacing the 12 old bells with 13 new ones and the work started on 4th January 2017. The bell ringers have been working very hard to raise the money for this, helped by many kind people including the Friends of Cheltenham Minster. £50,000 is still needed as internal alterations to the tower had to be made.The blessing of the new bells is due to take place on 9th July, 2017 at 11 am at Che
Thu 7 Sep:1100-1500; Bells event 1800-2000. Fri 8 Sep:1100-1500. Sat 9 Sep:1000-1700 Talk and Tour at 1500. Refreshments afterwards.. Sun 10 Sep:1200-1700. Free Entry.
