Market House, Tetbury
Heritage Open Day: 17th century Market Hall built on stone columns with stone flagged area beneath Hall,
used weekly for markets. Originally built in 1655, the Market House was part of the
prosperous wool trade of the time. It has undergone considerable alteration over the years
yet despite this it still has the distinction of being a Grade I listed building of historical
interest and has been described as the best example of its kind in the Cotswolds. Visitors
