Belmont Abbey

Heritage Open Day: Guided tours of the EWN Pugin-designed Abbey including access to the sacristies and other behind-the-scenes parts of the Abbey church. The Abbey, founded in 1859, is home to a community of Benedictine monks, who attend the Abbey church five times a day, including at 12.45 for Midday Prayer, which HODs visitors are welcome to attend.
