All Saints Parish Church, Bishop's Stortford
Heritage Open Day: All Saints Church was built in 1937 to replace a Victorian Church which had been destroyed by fire. It was designed by Stephen Dykes Bower and is unusual for the period in being in an entirely Gothic idiom, though somewhat simplified. Although it is normally open to the public, stewards will be on hand to answer questions on Saturday 9 September, and the church will be taking part in the annual Herts and Beds Historic Churches Trust Bike & Hike
