Heritage Open Day: Ware’s Grade I listed medieval hall, Place House Hall, will be open on Saturday 9th September from 11am – 4pm, free entrance. Cream teas and refreshments will be on sale. There will be a talk on the history of Place House at 2.30pm by Miss Dorothy Abel Smith.
