Church of St Michael and All Angels, Ashton on Ribble, Preston
Heritage Open Day: This Grade2 * listed building was designed by architects, Hubert J. Austin (1841-1915) and Harry Paley (1859-1946) of Lancaster. Built of red sandstone in the Perpendicular style in an Arts and Crafts manner, it is very characteristic of their work and echoes the mediaeval tradition of church building.
