Thringstone House Open Day.
Heritage Open Day: Thringstone House Community Centre is one of the oldest community centres in the country.
Visitors can look round the centre which is made up of the original farmhouse which is an 18th century building, complete with original windows, plus the 1911 extension built by architects on behalf of the philanthropist Charles Booth, and learn about Charles Booth's gift of the facility to the area.
