Heritage Open Day: Diss Iron works includes a 17th century rear, once a dwelling, that shows very good timbering including ovolo mullioned windows. There has been a shop here since 1840. Investigation into the structure and age of the building (including dendrochronology) has been undertaken as part of the recent Heritage Triangle Project.Visitors will be taken around the building by owner Peter Hyde who has a wealth of information about its trading History.
