St Nicholas's Chapel
Heritage Open Day: St Nicholas's Chapel is in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. This is the largest parochial chapel in England finished about 1420 and a striking building. It is vast, light and spacious. Note the medieval doors painted green and red. It has recently had a million pound renovation to upgrade the facilities and provide interpretation.
Bell ringing demonstrations and taster sessions will take place on Saturday and Sunday.
