The Medieval Moneyer

Heritage Open Day: In the 10th Century Thetford had it's own mint and coins have been found as far afield as Scandinavia. Come and see how money was made in medieval times and collect your free information sheet. You can even have one struck just for you in pewter (£1) or chocolate (25p).
