Abbot's Staith - Hidden Medieval Building
Heritage Open Day: Abbot’s Staith is almost certainly the sole remaining example of a stone built (monastic) riverside storage building. It is listed Grade II* and on the National Buildings At Risk Register, and has two Scheduled Ancient Monuments, which is a rare combination and an indicator of its significance.
