Archaeology Walk
Heritage Open Day: Walk from Loftus Town Hall up to the Street House Archaeological site. This site is normally not visible, but will be opened for a short period in September , coinciding with Heritage Open Day. A team of archaeologists led by Dr Steve Sherlock will be working on site (weather permitting).
Walk will be led by experienced Walk Leaders from the Loftus ACCORD Walking Group.
On site Dr Sherlock will update on past work and on any discoveries this year.
