Lock-Up and Pinfold

Heritage Open Day: Hunmanby's tiny 19th century 'nick', traditionally known as 'The Black Hole'. It has two cells, where the village constable could temporarily hold miscreants. Not usually open to the public, this will be an excellent opportunity to see inside. Adjacent to the Lock-Up is a stone-built Pinfold, once used to impound stray animals.
