Wrangham House and Local History Group Display
Heritage Open Day: A Grade II listed Georgian house, the property was built as a vicarage for Hunmanby and surrounding villages. It was occupied in the late 18th and early 19th centuries by Archdeacon Francis Wrangham, who was a notable literary figure, abolitionist and social reformer. An avid bibliophile, he built a new wing, now the hotel dining room, to house his large personal library.
During the morning Hunmanby Local History Group will be presenting a local history display.
Sat 9 Sep:1000-1700; Local History Group Display 1000-1300. Free Entry.
