Southwick Hall
Heritage Open Day: Southwick Hall with its towers and finials, lies in a valley below Rockingham forest and dates from medieval times. The main hall is Elizabethan and there are later building periods from Georgian and Victorian times. The house is open for people to wander around at their own pace and includes exhibitions from the archives and of family heirlooms; there are further exhibitions of village life in the stable yard.
