Retford Town Hall
Heritage Open Day: The Town Hall was built in 1868 to replace a Georgian town hall on the north east side of The Square. With the look of a French chateau, the building has been described as 'noble'. The ballroom is certainly impressive - as is the Council Chamber with its splendid fireplace, portraits and candelabra from the old town hall.
There will be public access to the Ballroom, Butter Market, Chairman's Room and Council Chamber.
Retford Youth Theatre Group will perform a
