Christ's Hospital Hall & Almshouses

Heritage Open Day: An oak panelled Elizabethan Meeting Hall, lined with interesting portraits and containing a Jacobean oak table. The hall is part of the medieval Almshouses, dating from 15th-17th century, with 17th century wall paintings. Displays this year will keep with the general theme of Abingdon Industry and will feature St Helen's Mill and St Helen's Wharf.
