Big Draw at Meersbrook with Gleadless Common Fair

Heritage Open Day: The first documented evidence of Meersbrook Hall is from 1759, although it is thought parts of it are older. It was built in approximately seven phases, and includes a period of use (from 1890 – 1953) as the Ruskin Museum. The Friends of Meersbrook Hall, Heeley Development Trust and the Guild of St George will be offering talks about the Hall. Visitors will be able to access parts of the Hall to view displays about the history and future of the Hall, artworks by local groups
