Heritage Open Day: This is one of Britain's largest and most complete restored Victorian steam pumping stations. There are four large beam engines, three of which have been restored to an operational state, plus twenty eight other steam engines. There is a large steam driven workshop and blacksmith's forge and the oldest working electrical generating plant in Britain.
