Guided Walk: Felday Iron Age enclosure and World War I Prisoner of War Camp
Heritage Open Day: Led by archaeologists who have undertaken recent survey work on the site, a handout of basic information will be provided.
The Iron Age enclosure at Felday was only discovered in 1985 and is surprisingly close to the better known, but smaller, example on Holmbury Hill, to the south. It is surrounded by two banks and ditches and appears to relate to the valley to its east as a route in and out of the Low Weald.
