Hetton and Rainton Heritage Walk

Heritage Open Day: A guided heritage walk starting at the Hetton Centre, the original site of Hetton Hall, DH5 9NE at 10am. It is approximately 5 miles taking in Rectory Park, Hetton Bogs now a SSSI, Raintion Bridge, East Rainton, the site of the old Hazard Colliery, along the track of the 1839 Sunderland to Durham Railway back to the centre of Hetton-leHole.
