Gildersome Quaker Meeting House Open Day
Heritage Open Day: See the historic Grade II listed Quaker Meeting House at Gildersome which was built in 1756. There are many original features including historic benches, ministers gallery and dividing wood screen. Outside, there is the stable block, coach house, coachman's room and historic Quaker burial ground. Craft activities will be available for children. A short talk about the history of 'A Quaker Education in Leeds and Gildersome' will take place at 14:30. Refreshment
