The origin of Leeds street names

Heritage Open Day: Discover more about the history of Leeds through the origin of its street names. The talk will take place in the historic Lancasterian School Room - situated in the Farnley Upper Moor Side Conservation Area - which was founded in 1813 for the education of local children by a young Quaker Joseph Lancaster.
