Zumba Gold is a great way to shape and tone your body. It is ideal for beginners to exercise, or those that prefer a low impact exercise class. We still use all the fabulous rhythms and music that you find in a regular zumba class - salsa, merengue, bellydance etc but adapt to suit the level of the class.
It is a fantastic way to keep active and stay mobile. The class suitable for all ages. I have a range of ages from 20's to 80's.
