Our Living History cooks bring the kitchen to life cooking some fantastic 1930s recipes made with the best that this closing season of the year has to offer. Enjoy the day with them and take the opportunity to chat to them about their work, their training with food historian Ivan Day, and to discover the secrets of the basement kitchen in the 1930s.
