Hi,
My name is Rachel Innes. I am the Founder and Chief Instructor of Plumflower Taekwondo, Hove. I am also a Mum to 3 boys. I have been teaching Taekwondo for 17 years and I am passionate about helping my students develop their full potential. My teaching experience has covered all ages from age 2 up to 60yrs and beyond. I have also worked with Students with learning challenges, developing a programme to offer them the chance to learn Taekwondo. My work includes teaching the values of respect
