Betws y Coed Trail Challenge
Betws-y-coed Trail Challenge takes competitors on what must be one of the toughest and most beautiful trail running courses in the UK - in fact most of our route was also used for the 2015 World Mountain Running Championships. From the start line behind St Mary's Church in Betws-y-coed both 10k and 5k routes climb up into the Gwydyr Forest where they split to allow the longer route to do a lap of Llyn Elsi, before joining back up to finish at the Waterloo Hotel.
