Online Real Yoga for Real People
A relaxed session which will bring you greater flexibility and awareness in your body, healthier breathing and a calmer mind all wrapped up in a session which is relaxed and fun! Each class includes breathing techniques, Asanas (exercises) and guided visualisations.
Taught by Ruth Chambers - qualified Yoga, Meditation and Reiki teacher.
