Join Carl Shillingford, forager and Michel Roux trained chef, and Matthew Rooney, ecologist and mushroom grower, for a fabulous mushroom forage in beautiful Suffolk countryside followed by a delicious wild food cooking demonstration and tasting.
Autumn is the season when mushrooms are bountiful in woods and meadows so join us to discover a variety of fungi, their shapes, colours, smells, textures and taste..
The day begins with a fabulous guided forage in the woods and fields of Tiger Hill
