BEGINNERS TAI CHI for ARTHRITIS (MANOR CLINIC)
This class is open to anyone whether suffering from joint problems or not, but the class is particularly good for helping those with ARTHRITIS.
You will learn a set of exercises for the major joints in the body, and a tai chi form that is both an excellent introduction to tai chi, and very good for sufferers of ARTHRITIS.
JAMES DREWE is an experienced teacher and practitioner. He has been studying tai chi & qigong for 40 years, and has been teaching for 25 years.

Thursdays 3.00-3.55pm.
COST: Taster session is £5 (doesn't have to be the 1st class).
