Stockport Symphony Orchestra; Scheherazade

Matthew Wood is a Stockport regular and popular with orchestra and audience alike. He may have conducted in some more exotic places than Stockport Town Hall (like Uluru!) but something keeps him coming back to us.
Tonight it’s a programme of Russian music including Scheherazade with Stockport Symphony Orchestra's newly-appointed leader, Helen Brackley Jones, as soloist. The Rock - RACHMANINOV;
Masquerade Suite - KHACHATURIAN;
Scheherazade - RIMSKY-KORSAKOV

Concert starts 7.30pm; Tickets: £11; £9 concessions; £5 students to 21; under 16s free when accompanied
