The Pumpkin Plod is back and promises to be even bigger and better than 2016!

The grumpy Pumpkin King has taken control of the forest – can you help us cheer him up by completing this family fun walk? Starting and finishing at Haven House Children’s Hospice, enjoy a 5k plod through Epping Forest completing challenges to help create our witch’s potion that will make the Pumpkin King smile.

•5k Halloween themed route through Epping Forest
•2k route option available on Haven House ground
