Have a go at this traditional woodland craft. Spend a day learning the practical techniques of coppicing and looking at how this benefits the biodiversity of woodland. Starting with a short walk we'll chat about traditional woodland management, coppice products and biodiversity. After a cup of tea, you'll learn how to coppice hazel and then it will be time to have a go yourself.
