Join our Lord of Misrule on a journey through the romantic ruins. Find out about the rich history of Tudor traditions and maybe participate in a play or a game or two. Please note storytelling on 21st December will end at 4pm. During the reign of Elizabeth I, Christmas was a mixed affair with traditions travelling back to the middle ages. In Tudor times the rich and poor might find themselves at the same festivities. A time when a commoner might rule for a day and a lord wait upon them. The cast
