Yorkshire Coast - Mammal Bioblitz: Build a Bat Box
Help rangers make bat boxes to keep our flying friends in Ravenscar's Bluebell Wood safe and cosy while they roost in the daytime or hibernate for the winter. Part of a series of events and activities on the Yorkshire Coast to mark the Mammal Society's National Mammal Week, 21 - 29 October. Booking Not Needed. Children welcome, must be accompanied by an adult.
A National Trust Event - Start 10:00. End 15:00. Free Event but Check Website for Admission Charges. Meet at Ravenscar Visitor Centre, YO13 0NE, signposted from A171 between Whitby and Scarborough.
