This is an immersive and intimate experience giving a first-hand insight into the creative process of a chef and his team.
The emerging science of ‘gastrophysics’ is a field of study looking at how we perceive flavour in the brain using all of our senses. It is a perceptual science which takes into consideration how all our senses work together (rather than in isolation) to formulate our internal perception of flavour and find appreciation/satiety in food beyond just taste and aroma.
