Tai Chi and a cuppa
This is a brand new beginners tai chi and chi kung class which will consist of a variety of different flavours of tai chi and chi kung. The emphasis will be on making learning the art a fun and enjoyable experience. There will be an opportunity for refreshments and socialising afterwards.
This is primarily a standing class although it will be possible to adapt some of the exercises for seated.

Starting Monday 13th November from 2 to 3.30 pm then every Monday afternoon. The cost will be £6 which will include refreshments.
