I run exercise classes in Sutton Coldfield for the mind and body. Whether you prefer dance fitness, yoga or boot camp style, we have it all.

Classes are for all levels of fitness and range from 18-75 year old in class

Every class is an hour long and costs £5.00, and comes with its own loyalty card. You can also buy a monthly membership package for unlimited classes for £30.00.
