Established in 1920 Ashford Archaeological and Historical Society (Registered Charity no. 802043) meets monthly at 7.30pm on the third Monday of September to May at the Quaker Meeting House.
After an informal welcome from the committee and the reading of our newsletter a guest speaker presents a talk, usually including a slide show and sometimes artefacts. A wide range of interests have been covered from Kent’s local history to general historical and archaeological subjects.
