Curious Yoga Connections will be holding
A Day of Yoga in support of Heart of Kent Hospice .
Have you ever been curious about yoga and would like to give it a try. Well now is your chance whilst supporting a great local cause.
A day of yoga offers three different classes@
Sun Salutations - 9.30am - 11.00 am
Mindful Movement - 12.30 pm - 2.00 pm
Relaxing and Restorative 3.00 pm - 4.00 pm
Please bring your own mat if you have one and a blanket.

£10.00 per class. Places are limited so must be pre-booked either at Heart of Flavour or by contacting 01622 609143
