Nordic Walking plus outdoor exercises for those with mobility restrictions or limited fitness. Full-body workout in the open air.

Tuesdays 2pm-3pm. £5 per class. Nordic Walking poles can be supplied, cleaned with Anti-Viral spray. Bring your own hand gel. Booking essential! Payment cash on arrival, or online in advance.
