First Monday Meditation
On the first Monday of the month, all are invited to participate in a time of silence
at the chapel. We meet from 12:15 – 12:45 pm, and sit silently for about 15-20
minutes. We sometimes begin with a reading, and anyone is welcome to stay for a
cup of tea afterwards. The idea is to provide a short time of reflection and contemplation,
and an opportunity to centre your spirit. Participants have reported it has
really helped bring a little peace into their day.
