Avebury - February half-term fun

At Avebury Manor children 'can touch' the displays, lie on the beds or dress up in the costumes. They can also discover how to survive prehistory with a Museum trail and every day there will be storytelling in the new book shop. Take part in the free Museum trail and imagine yourself thousands of years in the past, battling to survive through the long, cold winter months. Or as a Tudor gentleman or woman living in a fine house with servants on hand. You can also enjoy story time in the newly opened second hand book shop on the High Street between 12-1pm. Avebury is the perfect place for inspiring young minds and active imaginations. Booking Not Needed.
A National Trust Event - Start 11:00. End 16:00. Free Event but Normal Admission Charges Apply. Tickets for the Manor can be collected from the Museum. Pick up the children’s trail from the Museum. Story time will take place in the second hand book shop on the High Street. Check website for latest information.
