Scarecrow Festival
Scarecrows will be displayed in gardens, on benches, in the churchyard, leaning against walls, climbing up ladders etc.
Letter clues will be scattered on scarecrows around the village from Saturday 22nd Sept, and once all the letters are found they have to be unscrambled to find the answer to the clue on the entry form, which is then posted in one of the three yellow post boxes on Old Loose Hill. There is also a place on the entry form to vote for your favourite scarecrow, so please vote as

An entry form and map will be on sale for £2.00 from Monday 17th September at The Chequers Pub, The Walnut Tree, Loose Post Office.
